Easy homemade guacamole that rivals Mexican restaurants
A fresh, flavour-packed guacamole that comes together in just 5 minutes using only a handful of simple ingredients. Creamy ripe avocados are combined with zesty lime, fresh herbs, and a touch of seasoning to create an authentic Mexican-style dip that’s naturally vegan and gluten-free, perfect for parties, tacos, or everyday snacking.
Remove the skin and stone from the avocados, then roughly chop the flesh and add it to a mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado to your preferred consistency, keep it slightly chunky for a better texture.
Finely dice the red onion, chilli and coriander. Deseed the tomatoes, then finely dice them.

Season with salt and pepper, then squeeze in the lime juice to taste (using both limes if desired).
Give everything a final mix and serve immediately.
